Warsaw is Poland’s diplomatic and administrative center, and the Embassy serves as Afghanistan’s official channel for diplomatic engagement and citizen-focused consular guidance in Poland.

Our team works diligently to ensure that Afghan citizens in the Poland have access to timely, reliable, and transparent consular services.

The Embassy is responsible for:

Issuing and renewing passports

Processing Afghan visas for foreigners

Providing document attestation & legalization

Handling birth, marriage, and death registrations

Offering emergency legal and travel assistance

Supporting refugees and Afghan nationals in need

Issuing and renewing passports

Promoting Afghan cultural and educational exchange
